But then after… well… let's just say my stomach has been sore lately as a result of indulging too often in my favorite foods without paying attention to how much they affect me physically or mentally afterwards. And let's also say that this isn't good for anyone involved: not only do I feel bad about myself after eating too much food like this; but my friends and family are probably getting tired of hearing about how much weight I've gained
