Award Winning Anxiety Hypnotherapy Brisbane Zoom Session | Mindfulness and Hypnosis for Inner peace

When anxiety and stress are constant, inner peace can feel out of reach. Your mind may keep racing, your body may stay tense and even quiet moments can be filled with worry.

A Zoom mindfulness and hypnosis session offers private, one-to-one support to help you practise calmer attention, relaxation and a more balanced response to anxious thoughts.

Mindfulness and hypnosis for a calmer mind

Mindfulness is the practice of noticing what is happening in the present moment—your breathing, body sensations, thoughts and surroundings—without being pulled into every worry.

Hypnosis can add guided relaxation, focused attention and suggestions tailored to your goals. Together, these approaches may help some people slow down, release tension and create more space around mental noise.

The aim is not to promise perfect or permanent inner peace. It is to support you in returning to a steadier state when stress, anxiety and overthinking take over.

What happens in a Zoom session?

Your appointment begins with a conversation about what is happening for you and what you would like support with. You may discuss anxiety, panic symptoms, stress, overthinking, sleep worries, social confidence, health anxiety, emotional overload or a specific fear.

The session is then tailored to your goals, experiences and pace. You remain awake, aware and in control throughout. Hypnosis is not mind control, and you can speak, move or stop at any time.

A session may help you practise:

  • slowing anxious breathing

  • relaxing tension in the body

  • noticing thoughts without automatically believing them

  • stepping back from repetitive worry

  • returning attention to the present moment

  • allowing emotions without reacting immediately

  • creating a calmer wind-down before sleep

  • focusing on one manageable next action

No outcome can be guaranteed. Progress is individual and may be strengthened by repeated practice, practical changes and appropriate healthcare.

Prepare safely for online hypnosis

Choose a quiet, private room where you can sit or lie down comfortably without interruption. Use a stable internet connection and a charged device. Headphones may help you feel more private, and it can be useful to have water nearby.

Never participate in hypnosis while driving, cycling, walking near traffic, operating machinery, supervising a safety-critical task or doing anything requiring your full attention.

For teenagers and children, a parent or carer should be involved in deciding whether online support is appropriate and in creating a safe setup.
