after big family trauma and high stress High stressful job I felt that my confidence is declining I've seen um signs of depression and and also you know loss of confidence and by actually observing my wife progress with Clive I thought I was just going to give a go I have to say after a couple times

for some reason I was able to deal with the daily pressure a little bit different and I can certainly move on and I was able to move on and also I was able to live in the present moment so I don't know what's happened but Clive is responsible for my well-being and I am very grateful and um
