so yeah the experience of um hypnotherapy for me um was enlightening and not something that I could have expected from the GetGo um it was something that is worked definitely and is opened my mind completely in ways that I wouldn't have thought is imaginable for something that I've struggled with personally this just helps me get over this and continue on my life and reach goals that I honestly never thought I could do you know now I feel free and just happy and wanting to do more I just it's a great experience
