on this beautiful flight of stairs. And each step you go down, you find yourself 10 times. more relaxed. Starting from now 10, take the first comfortable step down now completely at peace. Nine. Going down

deeper and deeper down.

Eight. Deleting all stress, tension, and anxiety.

Seven. Going deeper and deeper, feeling calm, relaxed in every way. Six. Letting go of all worries and concerns.

Being at peace. Five. Halfway down now. Feeling safe. Secure.

Four. Going down deeper and deeper. Down, down, down.

Free. Clearing your mind.

Letting go completely. Being at peace.

Two. Going deeper and deeper. Down. Down. Down.

One. Almost at the basement of relaxation. Feeling safe, secure, more relaxed than ever before. Zero. You are now at the basement of relaxation,

strong, powerful,

and confident. Ready to become

Finding it easy to face fear and push yourself completely.
