10. Take the first comfortable step down. Now, completely at peace in every way.
Nine. Going down deeper and deeper. Down.
Eight. Deleting all stress, tension, and anxiety. clearing your mind completely.
Seven. Going down deeper and deeper down.
Six. Letting go of all worries and concerns, allowing it all to disappear.
Five. Halfway down now. Feeling safe, secure, more relaxed
than ever before.
Four. Going down deeper and deeper. Down, down, down.
Free. Clearing your mind completely.
Letting go from deep within.
Two. Going down deeper and deeper. Down.
One. Almost at the basement of relaxation. Feeling safe.
more at peace than ever before.
Zero. You are now at the basement of relaxation
completely. Letting go from deep. within being at peace completely.
And now I want you
to imagine a safe place. This can be a real place. you have been to before, but could just as effectively be a fantasy place in your mind. Coming out of this safe place into A comfortable room. A room for change. A room to become who you want to be.
Feeling confident, at school, and around teachers.
Being bright, facing your fears,
believing in yourself with full confidence
completely.
And now if there's any association
of any fear of teachers your mind says stop really loud and clear. Stop and you take a deep breath and relax. Feeling brave around teachers is easy for you now.
And now if there's any fear of school, your mind says, "Stop really loud and clear. Stop." And you take a deep breath and feel brave. At all times at school, facing fear is easy
and powerful for you. Now you know that every time you face fear,
you feel less fear and more brave.
Every time you face fear, you feel confident, bright and in control. You are happy and calm to face fear,

you feel happy and powerful knowing that you are in control of your mind completely

feeling strong, brave at all times.
As you know, that fear was just an illusion in your mind. It doesn't even exist. So you can easily be confident and brave
being in control. Relating
all thinking
and feeling happy, confident and brave at all times. as all of the changes and suggestions take place from now on for the rest of your life. In a moment I will count from 1 to 5 and on the count of five I will say fully aware and all of the changes and suggestions take place from now on for the stress of your life. One, feeling safe, feeling confident and great. Two, being at school, you feel confident and brave at all times. free. Knowing your power, your strength, knowing that fear is no longer real. It was just your imagination.
