Guided Hypnosis for Children | Feel Brave and Strong

Just let your eyes close.

Just relax

as you focus

your attention

on the rise and fall of your breath.

With each breath you take,

you notice

yourself

relaxing.

The more you allow yourself

to relax.

The better you feel

and the better you feel, the more you allow yourself

to relax.

As

that relaxation

drips

throughout

your body

and your mind,

I want you to imagine a beautiful flight of stairs.

And there are 10 steps

on this beautiful flight of stairs.

And each step you take down you find yourself 10 times more relaxed.

Starting from now 10,

take the first comfortable step down now completely at peace. Nine. Going down deeper and deeper down.

Eight. Clearing your mind completely

from deep within

seven. Going down deeper and deeper. Six. Letting go of all worries and concerns.

Five. Halfway down now.

Four. Much more. Relaxed than ever before.

Three. Going down deeper. And deeper. Two. Down. Down. Down. One. Almost at the basement of relaxation.

Feeling safe and secure.

Zero. You are now at the bottom of relaxation.

Just imagine a safe place.

This can be a real place you have been to before.

What could

be a fantasy place in your mind coming out of the safe place

ready for change

to become who you want to be.

Feeling strong and happy. Feeling powerful and brave.

As that inner happiness,

inner confidence

rises.

within you.

Being the best you can be

in each moment

with every breath you take.

Feeling happy and strong and completely

in control.

Healing as that inner strength

expands

within you, heighten completely.

You are brave. You are powerful.

You are happy and strong

as you can easily silence and control your mind.

Deleting each fault before it arises.

Witnessing each fault delete itself without attachment.

Being present

in that moment

in that now.

As you

blay

in yourself,

knowing

you are strong, powerful, and brave as all of the changes is and suggestions take place from now on for the rest of your life. Feeling happy and strong,

at all times.
