Okay, you both ready? Just lay eyes closed. Just relax and focus your attention on every breath you take. Notice that with each breath you relax, the more you relax, the better you feel. And the better you feel, the more you allow yourself to relax. As that relaxation drifts throughout your body and your mind, I want you to imagine a beautiful flight of stairs. And there are 10 steps on this beautiful flight of stairs. And each step you go down you find yourself more relaxed. 10. Take the first comfortable step down now. Nine. Going deeper, feeling calm and relaxed. Eight. Feeling peaceful in every way. Seven. being calm and at peace.
Six, letting go of all worries, deleting them all. Five. Halfway down now. Feeling at peace. Four. Feeling safe. Completely calm,
free, being
empowered, feeling strong. Two, being calm in every way.
One, feeling brave, feeling safe at all times. Zero, you are now completely relaxed at all times. Now just imagine a safe place. This can be a real place you have been to before, but could just as effectively be a fantasy place in your mind.
Coming out of that safe place into a comfortable room, a room to become brave and calm. Being the best you can be in every moment with every breath you take, feeling calm and relaxed as you let go. Feeling strong, powerful and completely
safe and relaxed.
