you ready just lay your eyes close just

relax and focus your attention on that rise and fall of your breath with each breath you take you notice yourself

relaxing the more you allow yourself to

relax the better you feel and the better you feel furthermore you allow yourself to relax

as that relaxation drifts throughout your body and your mind I want you to imagine a beautiful flight of stairs and there are 10 steps going down this beautiful flight of stairs starting from now 10 take the first comfortable step down now nine feeling comfortable

relaxed eight feeling safe calm and at peace seven going deeper and deeper clearing your

mind six going down deeper and deeper

down five halfway down now feeling safe and circular much more relaxed than ever

before four going down deeper and deeper down down

down free being at peace completely as you let

go two going down deeper and deeper down

[Music] one almost at the basement of relaxation feeling safe and

secure zero you are now at the basement of

relaxation clearing your mind

and now just imagine a safe place this can be a real place you have been to before but could just as effectively be a fantasy place in your mind coming out of this same place into a comfortable room a room for change a room to become who you want to be

clearing your mind feeling confident and brave as you can easily face each fear feeling powerful and [Music] strong ready to become who you want to be

just knowing that you are powerful and strong and ready to take control of your mind of your life feeling bright and confident

completely as you understand that you can become who you want to

be easily ly face each fear feeling brave and confident in every

way and now just imagine a large bubble protecting you and you step inside that large bubble and all that scares you all fear bounces off the bubble and [Music] disappears as this bubble fills you with love

confidence power and strength and you know that you can easily be who you want to be

feeling happy and confident

knowing that you are powerful and strong and ready to face each fear and become who you want to be as all of the changes and suggestions take place from now on for the rest of your life all of the changes and suggestions take place from now on for the rest of your life

in a moment I will count from one to five and on the count of five I will say fully aware and all of their changes and suggestions take place from now on for the rest of your

life one feeling safe secure completely at peace two feeling brave and confident ready to become who you want to be free feeling powerful and strong at all times with every breath you take four on next number I will say fully aware and all of the changes and suggestions take place from now on for the rest of your life five fully aware open your eyes
