of your neck because a lot of times your neck will hurt because obviously um everyone just close their eyes and just basically go with the sound of my voice and just try and relax as much as possible so yeah perfect and now as you listen to the sound of my voice I want you to just relax and let go of all tension all worries and concerns just let name God and now concentrate on your breath

with each breath you find yourself relaxing even more

and now I want you all to take a deep breath as deep as you can and then hold it

and exhale while relaxing completely and now take Another deep breath

hold it and exhale while relaxing even more deeper and deeper with each breath you take you find yourself getting even more deeply relaxed and calm

feeling completely at peace by the sound of my voice the sounds that you hear

and by each breath you take now I want you to imagine

that you are going down a stairwell

and there are 10 stairs on this stairwell and with each step you go down you find yourself

becoming 10 times more relaxed

10 feeling so relaxed so at peace

nine going down going down deeper and deeper

eight feeling completely relaxed letting go drifting to relaxation

seven feeling perfect feeling completely at peace

six going down deeper and deeper down down down five halfway down now feeling so relaxed from your head to your toe

four going deeper and deeper

three more and more relaxed going deeper and deeper two feeling perfect feeling completely at peace as you go down

one almost at the bottom now feeling completely at peace

zero going deeper and deeper to a nice state of hypnotic relaxation

and now want you to imagine

a place in your mind that is completely safe secure and relaxing for you this could be a real place you have been to before that could just as effectively be a fantasy place in your mind

and as you picture and imagine this place I would like you to know you can go back to this place at any time you wish and now as you come out of that place I want you to imagine that you are sitting in a nice comfortable chair

and now

you know you can be more motivated more successful

in the path that you choose

you feel more confident each and every day you feel highly motivated from now on for the rest of your life and each day that motivation gets stronger and stronger

each day that motivation gets stronger and stronger and I want you to really see and imagine that goal in front of you and imagine the steps you have to take to reach that goal

and that motivation comes into place to follow through to each of those steps

because you know that at the end of that goal you will feel more successful more life you will have the lifestyle you choose and I want you to really imagine yourself feeling completely motivated

so motivated now

so motivated while you remain relaxed and calm and confident

now I want you to imagine there's a lever in your head

and that lever controls for motivation and I want you to grab that lever and turn it to high crank up that motivation

really feel that motivation now

really feel that

being who you are

from now on for the rest of your life you are highly motivated

feeling highly motivated to reach your goals

and you've reached them with complete control with complete confidence

from now on for the rest of your life

you feel completely confident now

you feel highly motivated now

from now on for the rest of your life and I want you all to imagine there's a ball of light in front of you it can be whatever color you wish

just imagine that big ball of light

[Music] and in that bowl of light it is full of motivation and is getting stronger and stronger more and more powerful

and now

I want you to see that big ball of light go inside you now and fill you up with motivation

from your head to your toe

feeling completely motivated completely confident now as you know you can reach your goals

and after this is over you keep that motivation from now on for the rest of your life from now on for the rest of your life you feel highly motivated

more motivated than ever before

you are now highly motivated from now on for the rest of your life feeling completely motivated from now on for the rest of your life after this is over you feel highly motivated from now on for the rest of your life

and now in a moment I am going to count from one to five and on the count of five I will say fully aware and you'll open your eyes feeling highly motivated feeling great

one feeling more and more motivated

two feeling confident feeling successful

three feeling perfect in every way as you feel more and more motivated from now on for the rest of your life four on the next number I will say fully aware and you'll open your eyes feeling great five fully aware open your eyes feeling great
