Just let your eyes close. Just relax

and focus your attention on the rise

and fall

of your breath.

With each breath

you take you notice

yourself

relaxing

the more you allow yourself to Relax,

the better you feel. And the better you feel, the more you allow yourself to relax.

As that relaxation

drips throughout your body

and your mind, I want you to imagine a beautiful flight of stairs

and there are five steps going down. Five. Take the first comfortable step down. Now four. Feeling calm. Completely at peace, free. Going down, relaxing in calmness. Two. Being completely at peace.

one. Feeling comfortable and relaxed in every way. Zero at the bottom of deep relaxation.

Just

letting go.

Clearing your mind,

at peace.

The more you relax, the better you feel. And the better you feel. The more you allow yourself to relax.

and believe in yourself.

strong and smart.

You realize that you can easily

Feeling brave, strong and powerful.

As the more you relax,

the better you feel and the better you feel. The more you can allow yourself

As all of the changes and suggestions take place from now on for the rest of your life. In a moment I will count from one to five and on for count of five I will say fully aware. One feeling safe circure. Two, being calm, relaxed at all times. Three, being brave and strong, being the best version of yourself. Four. On next number I will say fully aware and all of the changes and suggestions take place.

Five fully aware. Open your eyes.
