And each step you take down, you find yourself 10 times more relaxed. Starting from now, 10. Take the first comfortable step down now. completely at peace in every way. Nine. Going down deeper and deeper. Down.
Eight. deleting all stress, all pressure and anxiety.
Just drifts away and falls into nothingness.
Seven. Going deeper and deeper, clearing your mind completely.
Six. All worries or concerns disappear as you let go.
Five. Halfway down now. Feeling safe, secure, much more, relaxed than ever before. Four. Going down deeper and deeper. Down. Down. Down. Free. Clearing your mind. Being at peace in every way. Two. Going down deeper and deeper. Down. Down. down.
One almost at the basement of relaxation. Feeling safe, secure, much more relaxed than ever before.
Zero. You are now at the basement of relaxation, feeling safe, circular, much more, relaxed than ever before. And now I want you to imagine a safe place. This can be a real place you have been to before, but could just as effectively be a fantasy place in your mind.
Coming out of this safe place into a comfortable room, a room for change, a room to become who you want to be. Going down deeper and deeper,
releasing all stress, all pressure and anxiety.
Just being calm, relaxed. and at peace.
Feeling confident completely
as you can easily slow your breathing and take deep breaths. Feeling calm, confident, and completely at peace.

As that deep relaxing calmness drifts from the top of your head to the bottom of your toes.

And you take a deep breath and allow yourself to feel calm, relaxed, and completely confident. And now if there's any feelings of anxiety, your mind says stop. Really loud and clear. Stop. From the back to the front of your mind. And you feel completely calm and confident as all anxiety disappears
from your life and you feel strong. powerful, completely confident. Knowing who you are. Knowing that you can believe in yourself, feeling confident and calm.
Every time there's any feelings of anxiety, your mind says, "Stop." Really loud and clear. Stop. from the back to the front of your mind. Stop. And you take a deep breath and allow yourself to relax completely.
