Guided Hypnosis | Boosting Confidence in Children

Just sleep eyes closed. Just relax

and focus your attention

on the rise and fall of your breath.

With each breath you take, you notice yourself

relaxing

far more. You allow yourself to relax.

The better you feel

and the better you feel. The more you allow yourself to relax

as that relaxation drifts throughout your body and your mind.

I want you to imagine a beautiful flight

of stairs. And there are 10 steps on this beautiful flight of stairs. And each step you go down, you find yourself 10 times more relaxed.

Starting from now, 10. Take the first comfortable step down now completely at peace.

Nine. Going down deeper and deeper. Down.

Eight. Deleting all stress, tension and anxiety

from your mind completely.

Seven. Going down deeper and deeper down.

Six. Being at peace in every way as you let go.

Five. Halfway down now. Feeling safe, secure, much more, relaxed than ever before.

Four. Going down. Deeper and deeper

down.

Free. Letting go of all worries and concerns. Clearing your mind. completely

two. Going down deeper and deeper down.

One almost at the basement of relaxation. Feeling safe, circular, much more relaxed than ever before.

Zero. You are now at the basement of deep relaxation.

Feeling completely relaxed. Feeling safe, calm, and at peace.

And now just imagine a safe place. This can't be a real place you have been to before, but could just as effectively be a fantasy place in your mind.

Coming out of this safe place into a comfortable room. A room for change. A room to become who you want to be.

Being confident

with every breath you take.

In every moment

that inner strength that pure confidence

rises within you,

feeling safe, strong and powerful

completely. completely confident in every way.

And now just imagine a stop sign in your mind. This can be whatever you want. that represents stop. And now

if there's any association

with any anxiety,

your mind

says, "Stop

really loud and clear. Stop. From the back to the front of your mind. Stop. And you take a deep breath and feel completely confident, empowered.

and at peace.

Believing in yourself,

knowing how skillful you are

and just being completely confident. As you find it easy to face your fear as you

silence your mind and take action.

As your breathing slows,

you notice yourself feeling calm and relaxed and completely at peace in every way.

And now if there's any association

with any anxiety

your mind says

stop really loud and

Stop from the back to the front of your mind. Stop. And you feel completely confident

in every way. Letting

go

of all faults, all useless. Mind chhat disappears

knowing that you and your mind are two. different things. And you can easily

silence and control your mind completely.

Being present in that moment,

in the now as you let go

silence

your mind,

finding it easy to face each fear completely

as you feel

that inner confidence. Rise and empower yourself

as all of the changes and suggestions take place from now on for the rest of your life. All of the changes and suggestions take place from now on for the rest of your life. In a moment I will count from one to five and on the count of five I will say fully aware and all of the changes and suggestions take place. One, feeling safe, secure, completely at peace. Two, being present, completely confident as you find it easy to face every fear. free. Believing in yourself, knowing your strength, your power and feeling completely confident. Four. On next number, I will say fully aware and all of the changes and suggestions take place from now on for the rest of your life.

Five. Fully aware. Open your eyes.
