I want you to imagine a beautiful flight of stairs. And each step you go down you find yourself much more relaxed. Starting from now 10 take the first comfortable step down now completely at peace.

Nine. Going down deeper and deeper down.

Eight. Deleting all stress, tension, and anxiety.

Seven. Going down deeper and deeper. Down.

Six. Letting go of all worries and concerns. completely being at peace.

Five halfway down now. Feeling safe, secure, much more at peace than ever. before

four. Going down deeper and deeper down.

Free. Clearing your mind. completely in every way. Two going deeper and deeper down.

One almost at the basement of relaxation.

Feeling safe, circular, much more at peace than ever before.

zero. You are now at the basement of relaxation,

feeling safe, circular, much more relaxed than ever before.

And now I want you to imagine, a safe place. This can be a real place you have been to before, but could just as effectively

be a fantasy place in your mind.

Coming out of this safe place into a comfortable room, a room for change. A room to become

strong, powerful,

and feeling, brave at all times.

Knowing your value. Knowing that you are the best and you can easily

clear your mind.

Feeling bright, strong,

feeling powerful

as you become the best you can be.

Being calm, relaxed,

feeling brave and strong at all times.

As you believe in yourself

completely

feeling, completely brave.

Knowing that you are strong,

powerful, and fast.

Feeling relaxed

as all of the changes and suggestions take place from now on for the rest of your life.

In a moment I will count from one to five and on the for count of five I will say fully aware and all of the changes and suggestions take place from now on for the rest of your life. One, feeling safe, calm, and relaxed. Two, being brave, feeling strong at all times.
